Overview

Google Workspace provides enterprise-grade productivity and collaboration tools including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Docs, serving organisations from startups to global enterprises. Whilst not an HRIS, Google Workspace functions as the identity and directory backbone for millions of organisations, managing user authentication, organisational units, and group memberships through Google Admin. Integration with Learnient uses Google Workspace as your user directory source, enabling single sign-on authentication and automatically provisioning learning accounts based on organisational units, updating access when people change groups or roles, and deactivating accounts when users are removed from your Google directory, allowing employees to access learning content using their existing credentials.
