How does usage-based pricing work?
You get 100 active learners included in your base plan. An "active learner" is any employee who starts or completes training that month. If you have more than 100 active learners in a month, you only pay for the extra users at £5/user/month. If fewer than 100 are active, you're still covered.
What counts as an "active learner"?
An active learner is any unique user who starts, progresses through, or completes any training content during a calendar month. Simply logging in doesn't count — they need to engage with actual training.
Do unused users roll over?
No, but that's the point! With usage-based pricing, you're not paying for unused capacity. Each month is calculated independently, so you only pay for what you actually use.
What if we have a big training month?
No problem. If you have 250 active learners one month (e.g., during annual compliance training), you'd pay your base plan plus 150 extra users. The following month, if only 50 people are training, you're back to just your base plan.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees. No implementation costs. No hidden charges. You pay £5,000/year for your base plan and that's it (unless you exceed 100 active learners).
Can we pay monthly instead of annually?
We offer monthly billing at £500/month (instead of £416/month on annual). Contact our sales team to discuss payment options that work for you.
What if we need more than 500 active learners?
For larger organisations, we offer volume discounts. Contact our sales team for a custom quote based on your expected usage.
